David Hall
I’m a PhD Candidate in Economics at the University of Oregon studying health policy, substance use disorder treatment, Medicaid, and treatment access. My work uses applied econometrics, especially difference-in-differences and synthetic control methods, to understand how policy and provider markets shape care and mortality.
I also serve on the Oregon Health Authority Opioid Settlement Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Board.
