MOUD Data and Dashboard
State Drug Utilization Data on Medicaid prescriptions and reimbursements for buprenorphine, methadone, and naltrexone. Explore state time series and leading NDCs.
CMS suppresses some cells; displayed and downloadable totals sum reported records. Verified source anomalies are documented with the files.
SAMHSA Facility Parser
Address-level treatment facility listings reconstructed from SAMHSA directories for 1998, 2000, 2001, and 2003-2025, with service information and county geography.
Historical PDF quality assurance and high-confidence street geocoding remain in progress; record-level warnings are retained.
Concatenated N-SSATS and N-SUMHSS
Annual public-use facility survey files placed in a common, documented format for survey years 1997-2024. Original survey variables remain available alongside a smaller harmonized core.
N-SUMHSS replaced N-SSATS in 2021. Record-level concatenated downloads are withheld because current SAMHSA terms do not explicitly authorize third-party redistribution.
Treatment Facility Dashboard
Compare facility trends from N-SSATS/N-SUMHSS, geographic listings from the historical directories, and County Business Patterns benchmarks at the national, state, and county levels.
Sources are labeled separately and are not silently appended into one trend. County geography remains exploratory.
